When people think of Courchevel, they immediately think of world-class snow skiing. Skiing is the big draw, but you don’t have to be a world-class skier to enjoy Courchevel, France. There are plenty of other activities to take in while enjoying the beauty of the French Alps.
Skiing
Courchevel has an exceptional standard of snow management, and is one of the few ski areas to groom the pistes twice every night, so even throughout seasons when snowfall is poor, good skiing is ensured. It is also one of the few resorts truly geared towards all levels of skiing, with fast and easy access to beginner and advanced pistes.
Aquamotion
Located a short 10 minute walk from Le George, Aquamotion offers a range of activities for adults and children from gym, swimming, water slides, spa, rock climbing… the list goes on!
Tobogganing
There are different runs to choose from but one of the best is a dedicated 2 km run from Courchevel 1850 to Courchevel Village with the finish line being minutes from Le George it’s a great activity for children, even adults, to enjoy…for free!
Fat Bike
Looking for another adventure? Why not try a Fat Bike ride down the slopes of Courchevel! Slide down from the top of Courchevel to Courchevel Village in the early evening (après ski) for an adrenalin pumping ride! The finish line is moments from Le George
Snowmobile
Looking for speed and adventure then you must go on a snowmobile where you can enjoy an exhilarating mountain experience.
Hiking & Snowshoeing
If you don’t ski, Courchevel still has plenty to offer and you can enjoy beautiful walks through the tress of the snowy mountains.
